Rivne Regional Youth Plast Training Center (Public Institution)

The Rivne Regional Youth Center has an office in downtown Rivne, located within the Rivne Regional State Administration building. However, most of the center’s events take place at the “Voloshky” Plast camp, located in the village of Voloshky at 29A Zelena Street. The Plast camp is always open to visitors by prior appointment, which can be made through the camp’s website. The grounds feature gazebos, a sports field, and equipment for rafting, shooting, and cycling trips. The lodge has 65 beds, Wi-Fi access, a conference room, a kitchen, and all necessary amenities. The Horynsky Bereg cycling route runs right past the lodge. The premises are alcohol- and tobacco-free.
