information
The Sarny Youth Center is located in the city of Sarny at 7B Knyaginya Olha Street, in the building that formerly housed an evening school and a library. The center is situated in the central part of the city, behind the BBQ Joker café, and is easily accessible on foot or by public transportation.
To date, two rooms have been renovated, and a restroom and cloakroom have been installed, covering a total area of approximately 90 square meters, funded by the local budget. The total area of the building is 333 square meters, and further major renovations are planned. The center also has its own courtyard, which allows for outdoor events.
The center is open year-round. Visitors are welcome from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The space includes areas for work, study, leisure, and personal development. The center is equipped with basic amenities: computers, a printer, photo and video equipment, board games, and a mini-library. The center offers Wi-Fi access.
The premises also feature a corner for informal socializing, creative activities, and watching movies. The space is alcohol- and tobacco-free, promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive interaction. The Youth Center is open for youth-led initiatives, workshops, training sessions, rehearsals, and project-based activities. The center’s team is constantly working to secure resources, write grant proposals, and collaborate with other municipal institutions, businesses, and community organizations.
