Unfortunately, now more than 95% of Luhansk region is occupied. Earlier, we told our public pages about how Luhansk CMC managed to move its team to the city of Dnipro and resume the work of the youth center.

Currently, the centers that have been relocated, ie relocated to a safer area, have partially resumed their work.
